• The prices in Euro refer to individual direct reservations and are to consider per apartment, not per person; rates include the use of swimming pool and sun beds (seasonal opening, swim cap mandatory/towels not provided), linen (bed, bath and table), only final and weekly cleaning, private outdoor parking (1 spot per apt), high speed Wi-Fi connection and A/C (seasonal).
• Complimentary crib with linen for children under 3 years old (only upon early request).
• Small-sized dogs permitted free of charge (only upon early request).
• Heating cost excluded (seasonal mid oct - apr): lump sum €8,00 apt/day.
• Relax Area excluded (Gym and outdoor seasonal Jacuzzi): price per apartment, €12,00/day and €48,00/week.
• Self-service laundry excluded: € 5,00 per wash (detergents included) + dryer €5,00.
• Tourist tax excluded: € 2,00 per person per day, exempted children under 12 years old, up to 14 days of stay.

Standard cancellation policy: refundable up to 7 days; after 7 days, a penalty equal to 100% of the accommodation cost will apply. Credit card required as a guarantee. Note: certain periods may be subject to a non-refundable rate or a different cancellation policy.
